Only First-Year Applicants are eligible to apply for the Global Scholars Program In order to apply to the Global Scholars Program, please complete this application and provide the name and email address of the individual who will be writing your recommendation letter. Please also submit your written or video essay. Your complete application for admission and your complete application for the Global Scholars Program must be received by April 1, 2024. This unique year-long program allows a select group of students to focus their freshman year on intercultural learning, including a brief study away experience in Latin America. Since Latin America is the location for the study abroad experience, students accepted to the Global Scholars Program will be expected to select Spanish as their general education language of study, and take two Spanish courses during their first year in the program.
